Product Repair Form
  • After submitting this form you will receive an email from us confirming your submission.
  • If you have any images or attachments that may help our repair team please reply to this email with your images attached.
  • Please tick the below box if you intend on supplying any images or attachments so we know to expect them.
  • We highly recommend that you do.
  • Warranty repairs and replacements are done at the discretion of the manufacturer. Whether the product is replaced or repaired is at the discretion of the manufacturer.
  • Items under warranty may still carry a cleaning and service charge, items may be refused if blood or other unknown substances are on the unit.
  • Suppliers may charge a service and fault finding fee if a quote is requested and not accepted. Cancellation fee’s may apply as well.
  • Credits and replacements (where required or necessary) may not be approved until the repair process has been finalised.
  • All returns/repairs must be returned in a box & appropriate packaging. If the item arrives in non-appropriate packaging, the sender is responsible for any physical damage.
