Delivery & Handling Charges

Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth):

• Please note that metro areas are defined by our freight companies (some regional areas are included)
• Delivery is free for eligible standard orders over $250 (excl. GST)
• A handling charge of $15.00 + GST will be charged for orders under $250 (excl. GST)

Non–metro, regional and country:

• Goods delivered outside the metro area, including backorders will incur freight charges

Freight charges that apply for all areas:

• Heavy, large or sensitive items (i.e. furniture, autoclaves, equipment, bulky products)
• These charges will be at cost

Cold chain deliveries

• All cold chain orders are sent on a separate invoice
• All cold chain deliveries will contain a heat & freeze monitor
• Cold chain deliveries are free for orders over $500 worth of cold chain products (excl. GST)
• A handling charge of $25.00 + GST will be charged for orders under $500 (excl. GST)
