Team Medical dispatches orders Monday to Friday from warehouses in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Canberra, Hobart, and Perth. Transit times vary, typically 1-3 business days for metro areas and 1-5 days for non-metro, regional, and country deliveries.

The below shipping terms are excluded for orders that contain bulk or freight items or addresses that are outside metropolitan areas as defined by our courier companies.

Metro Areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Hobart, Canberra, Adelaide):

• Please note that metro areas are defined by our freight companies (some regional areas are included).
• Delivery is free for eligible standard orders over $250 (excl. GST).
• A handling charge of $15.00 + GST will be charged for orders under $250 (excl. GST).

Non–Metro, Regional, and Country

• Goods delivered outside the metro area, including backorders, will incur additional freight charges to the metro fees.

Freight Charges that apply for all areas:

• Heavy, large or sensitive items (i.e. furniture, autoclaves, equipment, bulky products)
• These charges will be calculated on a case by case basis

Cold Chain Deliveries

• All cold chain orders are sent on a separate invoice
• All cold chain deliveries will contain a heat & freeze monitor
• Metro Cold chain deliveries are free for orders over $500 worth of cold chain products (excl. GST)
• A handling charge of $25.00 + GST will be charged for metro orders under $500 (excl. GST)
• Non-Metro, regional and country cold chain orders may incur additional freight charges to the metro fees.
