If you have a Quirks Medisafe fridge with a LogTag logger like this one, you can expect between 18 and 30 months of battery life from the LogTag before it is expended. Once the battery is flat, there is no way to replace or recharge it ' you will need to buy a new LogTag. If you see the Battery Low warning appear on your temperature reports, you should order a replacement as soon as possible.
This standard replacement is identical to your current LogTag. It uses the same Reader and software and plugs directly into the cable on your fridge

Metro Areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Hobart, Canberra, Adelaide):
- Please note that metro areas are defined by our freight companies (some regional areas are included).
- Delivery is free for eligible standard orders over $250 (excl. GST).
- A handling charge of $15.00 + GST will be charged for orders under $250 (excl. GST).
Non–Metro, Regional, and Country
- Goods delivered outside the metro area, including backorders, will incur additional freight charges to the metro fees.
Freight Charges that apply for all areas:
- Heavy, large or sensitive items (i.e. furniture, autoclaves, equipment, bulky products)
- These charges will be calculated on a case by case basis
Cold Chain Deliveries
- All cold chain orders are sent on a separate invoice
- All cold chain deliveries will contain a heat & freeze monitor
- Metro Cold chain deliveries are free for orders over $500 worth of cold chain products (excl. GST)
- A handling charge of $25.00 + GST will be charged for metro orders under $500 (excl. GST)
- Non-Metro, regional and country cold chain orders may incur additional freight charges to the metro fees.
